Metro.co.uk is looking for pitches for their ‘So, How Did It Go?’ dating series.

Examples of previous SHDIG pieces can be found here.

  • These don’t necessarily need to be *first* date stories. Lots are, but they mainly want to hear unique stories about any dates.

  • They also don’t need to be dating ‘horror stories! Again, lots are (and they do love those shocking, jaw-dropping pieces), but they love the heartwarming pieces too.

  • They don’t need to be recent (i.e. you don’t need to be single/actively dating in order to contribute to the series); they can be decades-old! They just ask that you include lots of detail, emotion and anecdotes (they LOVE anecdotes!).

  • Some of these pieces can be anonymous, but this will always need to be discussed prior to commissioning.

Fee paid; more details to be shared over email.
