Creator opportunity making videos on a retainer basis
$2,400-$12,400/month
We’re looking for dynamic content creators based in the US or Canada who are confident on camera and dialed into what’s trending online. You’ll be part of a campaign promoting Indy AI, a new smart assistant that connects to your LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) to help you quietly land high fit work opportunities from your extended network and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create 3 short form videos per day
Deliver 15 videos per week
Use content hooks and concepts provided by the Indy AI team
Participate in a Slack channel for weekly updates and new content hooks
Submit a weekly performance report (shared via Contra invoice)
Join a kickoff call and provide async weekly check ins in Slack
Requirements
Must be located in the United States or Canada
Must have an active LinkedIn and or X (Twitter) account
Comfortable being on camera and speaking directly to the audience
Strong grasp of current trends and best practices on TikTok and Instagram
Compensation
$40 per video
Performance Bonuses:
100K plus views → extra $100
200K plus views → extra $200 (bonuses capped at $1000 per video, max 10 videos per month)
Baseline earnings = $2400 per month (for submitting all content)
Max earnings = Up to $12400 per month (with performance bonuses)
Additional bonus for top performing creators across the campaign
Bonuses are calculated based on a 7 day performance window
